This was a stunning year for most of the Loire Valley wines and this Sauvignon is just exquisite!
- Dry, but not too much
- Gentle acidity to match your favourite dishes
- Nose of Elderflowers and gooseberries
- Finish of Apricots and peaches
Will get more flowery as time goes by, but in the meantime, don’t delay, it is wonderful just the way it is!!!
I’m thinking of sipping gently this wine from Spring going into Summer, then again in Autumn and of course Winter with all the delicious shellfish dishes!
100% Sauvignon blanc, this wine easily matches most fishy dishes as well as white meat, you know… chicken dishes, pork, mildly spicey dishes; Chinese or whatever you feel like

Fresh but subtly soft with its acidity well in check, a great-value sauv blanc with lively lemon, lime and grapefruit. Superb aperitif or pair with fresh, simple seafood or salads with lemony dressings.
