The nose has quiet perfumes of honey and pollen. It will send you into 7th Heaven. Just gorgeous…
In the mouth this just explodes! It is really lovely… For those of you who just love Vouvray and a little bit fruitier than most of my other wines, this will be just what you are looking for.
For those of you in the know the residual fructose is 22g/1L… So it is really medium.
2019 was a super vintage! Remember the stunning Indian summer we had well into late autumn! This will age really well, so think about putting a few bottles away for the future…
Pair this wine with lightly spiced dishes. Pork, chicken, and of course fish. Also desserts… Trifle, strawberries and cream, Eton mess… you know what I mean
